HOW ARE TRAVEL ADVISORS PAID?
Travel advisors typically receive only a small commission from travel suppliers, but not all, and nothing from airlines — and only after clients complete their trip. When a trip is booked far in advance or canceled before travel, we often receive no compensation for the work already completed.
Our planning fees allow us to provide the high-quality, dedicated service every client deserves. It’s important to know that commissions paid by travel suppliers do not increase your travel cost—they simply reduce the supplier’s profit. And rest assured, our recommendations are never commission-driven. We’re also not here to chase the cheapest deal; we’re here to deliver real value by matching you with the right experiences, the right suppliers, and the trip that truly fits your needs. Our priority is always creating the best journey for you.

PROFESSIONAL FEES
- Airline Ticketing
Booking flights takes time and attention to detail — we research multiple options, including comparing departures out of both Seattle and Vancouver, and often in multiple fare classes, coordinate schedules, and select the best seats available according to the client’s preferences.
Please note that Air tickets are booked as part of a larger trip package, such as a cruise, tour, or multi-component itinerary.
While we do occasionally handle standalone air bookings, these are accepted on a case-by-case basis due to the time involved in arranging them. - Domestic Airline Ticket
- Fee: $75, if booked with other travel components
- Fee: $100, if booked standalone
- Two Travelers on the same itinerary (Domestic)
- Fee: $100, if booked with other travel components

- International Airline Ticket
- Fee: $85, if booked with other travel components
- Fee: $125, if booked standalone

Multi-component packages including cruises, tours, hotels, transfers, flights, day activities, and car rentals (if included). The fee depends on the complexity of the trip and the number of travelers. Airline ticketing fees are separate. Because each itinerary is built specifically around your chosen dates and destination, changes to travel dates or destination after the planning fee has been paid will require a new planning fee, as the research and design process must begin again.
