Hello! I’m Robin Gilster, owner of Lynden Travel Company. With 15 years of experience in the travel industry, I’ve worked in traditional brick and mortar travel agencies and have run my female-owned, independent agency in beautiful Northwest Washington since 2017. I’m beyond excited and humbled to have been named the Silver Award Winner in the 2024 Cascades Best Contest!
I have extensive education in travel and tourism, supported by ongoing professional development, and have had the privilege of traveling to many exciting and unique destinations. I’ve explored the world on multiple cruises, including voyages to Alaska, Iceland, Southeast Asia, and an unforgettable expedition cruise through the Chilean Fjords, the Falkland Islands, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, and Antarctica!
Cliff jumping in Portugal, zip-lining in Mexico, a helicopter ride over an erupting volcano in Iceland, and dipping into the icy waters off Antarctica—these are just a few of the incredible moments I’ve been privileged to experience during my travels.
